Customer Care Executive

We require a talented candidate who can handle customers, provide appropriate solutions and assist them to resolve issues.

Job Description: (Hiring only Female candidates)

1. Assist customers on their enquiries over call, message and emails.
2. Provide customer guidance, advice on product and optimization.
3. Promote cross selling / up selling to inbound calls and contribute towards the revenue of the company.
4. Responsible to generate daily, weekly and monthly reports.
5. Stay updated to the product knowledge.
